As a customer service employee you are the first point of contact for our customers and you ensure an excellent service experience. You are a real team player and work closely with the team to offer the best service.
Your tasks:
Answering questions from customers via telephone, e-mail and chat Solving problems and complaints of customers Advising customers on our products Supporting the team at various tasks
Job requirements: Minimum MBO work and thinking level Experience in customer service is an advantage Excellent communication skills in speech and writing Good command of the Dutch language. Available at least 24 hours a week, more hours are discussable Affinity with women's shoes and fashion
