Do you want to exchange or return your purchase? We like to help you! You can exchange or return up to 14 days after receiving your package. For items purchased during our sale, Chery Style. offers no possibility of refund. These articles can only be interchangeable for another article from the collection or interchangeable for shopping credit.

 - Is returning free?

Return shipments are at your own expenses and depend on the transport and the country from which you will return your package.

- What are the return conditions?

You can return the items within 14 days. This period starts on the day of receipt of the product or on behalf of the consumer.

Items must be returned to us in unworn and original condition in order to be processed. For shipment, the return item must be sent in original shoe box with bag or bag for protection. In this way the item is suitable for resale.
Always register your return via our website. Within 24 hours (on working days) you will receive feedback with shipping instructions)

Shipping costs for orders outside the Netherlands are not refunded.

- How long does it take to exchange a product?

When registering your return via our website you can indicate that you want to exchange. Send the items immediately after registration so that we can get started with your exchange as quickly as possible. In this way we can ensure that your exchange is made up for within a few days after receipt.

- What can I do if the item for which I want to exchange is no longer in stock?

Ask the customer service team about the possibilities. We will give an update when we expect to supplement the product. If the return is already registered via the website and the item is not in stock, we will contact you and we look together at the possibilities.

- Where can I find my order number to register my return?

The order number can be found in the confirmation email that you received after placing the order. This is a code of six digits and it starts with a #. If you have not received this e-mail correctly, please send our customer service a message so that they can help you further.

- What should I do if a product is defective or is damaged?

Unfortunately it sometimes happens that a product is damaged during shipment or production. Of course we will be happy to solve this for you as soon as possible. Send an e-mail to with a photo of the complaint within 24 hours of receipt. Our customer service will look for a solution with you as soon as possible.

- How long does a reimbursement take?

We do our best to process the return as quickly as possible. After receiving your return in our warehouse, this will be processed for you as soon as possible, within 14 days at the latest. With the track and trace that you receive when you return your item, you can see when the package has arrived in our warehouse. The moment we process you back you will receive an e-mail. Keep in mind that it can take a few working days for the reimbursement to be seen on the bank.

-What are the shipping costs to send the package to me?

The shipping costs within the Netherlands are € 5.95 for orders below
the € 75 euros. In Belgium and Germany, shipping costs are € 7.95
For orders under € 75 euros. Should the order amount by it
returning one or more items ensure that it
order amount below € 75, then there will be
shipping costs charged. This amount will be deducted
brought to the amount to be repaid of the returned item (s).
