How do I place an order?
Select your desired product, choose size and color, and click Add to cart. Then proceed to checkout to complete your order.
Can I still change my order after I have checked out?

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order as long as it hasn't been packed yet. To do so, contact us immediately at: +316 42 01 07 95
Shipping & Delivery
What is the delivery time?
Orders placed before 16:00 on business days are shipped the same day. Delivery takes 1–2 business days, provided your order doesn’t contain a pre-order item.
What are the shipping costs?
At Cherystyle, we want your new shoes, clothing or accessories to reach you quickly and affordably. That’s why we have clear shipping rates and offer free shipping on larger orders.
Within the Netherlands
Free shipping on orders from €75.
For orders below this amount, we charge €5.95 shipping costs.
Belgium
Free shipping on orders from €75.
For smaller orders, we charge €7.95.
Germany
Free shipping on orders from €75.
Below this amount, only €7.95 shipping costs apply.
Other European countries
Free shipping from €100.
Below this, shipping costs are €7.95. Final shipping costs are always calculated at checkout based on your location.

- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

How can I track my orders?
Orders placed after 16:00 or during weekends/holidays are shipped the next business day.
You’ll automatically receive a shipping confirmation with tracking link. Follow this link to track your package via our delivery partner.
(Delivery in the Netherlands is usually 1–2 business days after shipping.)
What is fast and insured shipping?
At CHERY STYLE, we pack your order with care and ship it lightning fast. With our express insured shipping option, your order is prioritized so you receive your favorites even sooner.
Your package is always fully insured – protecting you from loss or damage during transport. Shop worry-free!
I have not received an order confirmation, what should I do?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email containing your order number (at least 6 digits), a summary of your order, and the delivery address.
Sometimes our emails land in the spam or junk folder. Be sure to check these if you haven’t received confirmation yet.
Still nothing and your email address is correct? Contact our customer service and provide your full name and order number. We’ll check your order status and resend the confirmation if needed.
Tracking shows my parcel is delivered but I haven’t received it
If tracking says your order was delivered but you haven’t received it, here’s what you can do:
Check your delivery address: Make sure the shipping address was entered correctly. Sometimes packages are delivered to a neighbor or a safe location on your property.
Look for a delivery notice: The courier may have left your parcel in a secure place or with someone nearby.
Contact the courier: Use the tracking info to get in touch with the delivery service. Provide your tracking number and ask for more details or an investigation.
Still no luck? Contact our customer service with your order and tracking details. We’ll help resolve the issue quickly.
Exchanging & Returning
What is the return policy?
If you’d like to return or exchange your purchase, we’re here to help! You have 14 days from the delivery date to return or exchange your item.
All return costs are at your own expense. Keep your shipping proof until your return is received at our warehouse. We can't resolve issues without a valid tracking number.
Returns are easy. Follow the steps on our return page.
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Items must be returned in the original packaging. We do not accept returns of the following products:
- Tights, socks, and leg warmers
- Jewelry
- Items returned after the 14-day return window
Items returned worn or damaged without prior notice will be refused and destroyed.
Bundles/multipacks: Must be returned as a complete set, including all items and packaging. Missing or damaged items may void the return.

How do I submit a return?
Returning is simple. Visit our Return Page and follow the instructions via our return portal.
Are return costs at your own expense?
Yes, unless your item is incorrect or defective. In that case, contact our customer service.

How do I package my return?
Once you’ve received your return label, it’s time to prepare your package. Pack your items securely and ensure no old barcodes are visible. Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box, inside a shipping bag or box.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 14 days (usually sooner). You’ll receive an email confirmation when it's completed. Keep your shipping receipt until your refund is finalized. Refunds are sent via the original payment method or, if you chose a coupon, it will be emailed to you.
What should I do if I want to return my order outside the return period?
We offer a 14-day return window, starting from the delivery date. The return must arrive back to us within these 14 days. If that’s not possible, you may exchange the item or request store credit. Please contact our customer service for assistance.
