Defective product and company refusing to take responsibility
purchased these boots expecting decent quality, but after wearing them only once, the zipper broke. This is clearly a manufacturing defect, not normal wear or misuse. When I contacted customer service, they refused to offer any solution and simply stated they would not cover the damage. A product that fails after one use should be replaced or refunded, yet this company chose to deny responsibility instead of supporting the customer. Very disappointing experience and poor after sales service. I would not recommend buying from this brand.
