Customer Service Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic customer service assistant with a passion for women’s shoes to join our webshop. As a customer service assistant, you are the first point of contact for our customers and you make sure they have an excellent service experience. You are a real team player and work closely with the team to provide the best service.

Your tasks

• Answering customer questions by phone, email and chat.
• Resolving customer issues and complaints.
• Advising customers about our products.
• Supporting the team with various tasks.

Requirements

• At least secondary vocational (MBO) level of education.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good command of the Dutch language.
• Available at least 24 hours per week; more hours are negotiable.
• An affinity with women’s shoes and fashion.
